This restaurant mainly offers consumer Australia grilled cuisine. The idea behind the name of the “Outlook” is the restaurant to be placed at the top floor of the hotel above everything else, purely for the dining experience. The Moon Hotel is close to all of Sydney’s major tourist attractions. In this 352 square meters dining area, there are only 72 seats, for comfort dining experience. The outlook restaurant use plate service and a La Carte menu for good quality of food and services. Chef de cuisine James Lin leads his team of 8 sous chefs takes over the 200 square meters food production area. Zard is a famous chef who worked in Hong Kong Michelin star restaurant. He possesses fantastic French cooking techniques and has supreme cooking passion for fining dining.
